1. Membership Eligibility and Fees

1.1 SmartH's membership service is open to individuals or entities who have paid the annual membership fee.

1.2 Membership fees shall be paid annually, and the fee amount will be determined in accordance with SmartH's policies.

2. Membership Benefits

2.1 Extended Limited Parts Warranty: Every member is granted a 2-year Limited parts warranty, commencing from either the product's installation date or the date of the invoice, with the exception of smart locks, if installed by unauthorized parties. Only apply to all SmartH’s Brande products.

2.2 Waived On-Site Labor Inspection Fees: During the membership period, members are entitled to exemption from on-site labor inspection fees, applicable to specific services designated by SmartH. SmartH will arrange for a technician to visit you for a free product inspection within Ten (10) working days upon your request.

2.3 Product Migration Service: Once you've confirmed your moving date, please notify us promptly. We will assist you in updating your membership address to ensure your membership benefits remain valid. Additionally, member will receive a 20% discount on labor service when utilizing the product migration service.

2.4 Birthday Surprises: SmartH will provide members with birthday gifts or special offers as a token of appreciation.

2.5 Member Coupons: Members will regularly receive exclusive coupons that can be used to purchase Customer Company's products or services.

2.6 Member Community Events: Members will have priority access to participate in community events organized by SmartH.

2.7 Priority Access to Latest Products: Members will have priority opportunities to purchase SmartH's latest products.

3. Notices, Disclaimers, and Terms

3.1 Membership Eligibility and Annual Fees: Membership in SmartH's program is open to individuals or entities upon payment of the annual membership fee, the amount of which is subject to Customer Company's prevailing policies.

3.2 Commencement of Membership: Membership benefits shall become effective upon the successful payment of the annual membership fee and shall remain in effect for the duration of one year from that date.

3.3 Renewal and Termination:At the end of each membership year, members will have the option to renew their membership for an additional year, subject to the prevailing terms and conditions. Customer Company reserves the right to terminate or refuse membership renewal at its sole discretion.

3.4 Modification of Benefits: SmartH Technolgy LTD reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate any or all of the membership benefits, at any time, with or without notice, to better serve its members' interests and adapt to evolving business requirements.

3.5 Member Obligations: Members are responsible for complying with all rules, policies, and guidelines set forth by SmartH Technolgy LTD. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of membership privileges.

3.6 Use of Personal Information: Members agree that SmartH Technology LTD may collect and use their personal information for the purpose of administering the membership program, providing benefits, and communicating with members. The handling of personal information is subject to SmartH Technology LTD’s Privacy Policy.

3.7 Limitation of Liability: SmartH Technology LTD shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the membership benefits, even if SmartH Technolgy LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3.8 Governing Law: These regulations are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these regulations or the membership program shall be submitted to arbitration in Canada in accordance with Canadian law.

3.9 Entire Agreement: These regulations constitute the entire agreement between SmartH Technology LTD and its members regarding membership benefits and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
